Trying something new!

So I am trying something new. I heard about this site from a friend of mine and thought that I might as well give it a try.

I myself am relatively new to riding although I am not new at all to the world of motorcycles. I grew up around a family which loved cars and bikes which taught me a number of things as well as taking care of bikes and just learning to love them for the machines that they are. Being a girl though and having strict parents I have not allowed a motorcycle until I moved out of my parent's house. That was just the rule. So one day I ended up getting married and then shortly after got my first bike.

I am still a new rider (as I mentioned above) and am happy to admit it although as I also said I am not new to the motorcycle scene or bikes at all. I even spent a lot of time on the back of a bike and although that doesn't count as riding it gave me the itch to want MORE.

As you can see my tag says that I am living in Okinawa Japan, this is true. I ride a Kawasak zx9r and yes that was also the bike that I started off on as well. . . I know unbelievable but it is truely possible if you take time and just try hard. I love my bike and I love to ride although it can be hard to ride over here sometimes due to a couple of factors also being that Okinawa is pretty much a death trap for a motorcyclist so it takes a lot of time to get used to the city streets. None the less though it is a lot of fun and I love it very much.

I hope that this is a chance for me to meet a number of different riders out there and say HEY to those that I have met in the past as well.

Glad to meet you all and I am so glad that I got a chance to try this out! YAY
